Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ellington London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. Below you will find all the necessary information to process a return smoothly.

Return Period We offer a 30-day return guarantee. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

  • It must have all original tags and labels attached.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Important Note Regarding Return Address Please be aware that our central warehouse and return address are located in China. All returns must be shipped to this location. As international shipments can take longer, we appreciate your patience regarding the processing time.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@shop-ellington.com to register your return. We cannot accept or process returns that have not been registered with us first.

  2. Receive Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the exact return address in China and a return form.

  3. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse in China, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@shop-ellington.com.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
